I have spent my career supporting the learning, growth, and development of adults in the education sector to make an impact in our communities and lives of children. I bring an assets based mindset and approaches to strategic planning, team building, change management, manager training, and performance management in order to create a more inclusive workplace so teams can work towards equity more powerfully together. My experiences in Human Resources span the entire employee life cycle.
